Rifle Range Road WWTP Rehabilitation and Expansion, Mount Pleasant, SC

Expand the wastewater treatment facility’s treatment capacity from 6 MGD to 9.2 MGD. The electrical scope includes demolition and disposal of electrical items. Install temporary power for office trailers and temporary power and switchboard for the plant. Install disconnects for all 480V equipment. Install main gate power and controls; ductbank, conduits, wire, manholes and quazite boxes; new conduit for SCE&G feeders; electrical gear including panelboards, transformers, enclosures, etc.; VFD’s with new wire and conduit; interior and exterior site lighting and switches; conduits and wire to equipment and lighting; instrument mounts and stands; grounding for all new structures; surge arrestors for power and controls at all panels; lightning protection, grounding and surge suppression. Provide concrete cutting and coring for electrical. Relocate existing generator. Install non-inline instrumentation; fiber optics and fiber optic patch panels. Provide and pull all power and control wire and provide terminations. Install a fire alarm system and panel for the IPS control building, power distribution center and blower dewatering building. Install hand switch stations and local control panels; wire and power for heat trace and power to HVAC units at control buildings 1 & 2. Install and anchor electrical equipment.Provide/configure programming, software, OIT graphics for the SCADA control system.
Hanahan WTP Plate Settler Basins PH 1 and Solids Handling Improvements, Hanahan, SC

The contract consists of the construction of the Hanahan Water Treatment Plant plate settler basins phase 1 and solids handling improvements. The electrical work requires installation of temporary power and lighting; underground ductbanks, conduit, manholes, handholes including installation of electrical, telephone, data and video; aboveground and underground raceway systems; low and medium voltage wire and cable; new lighting systems and emergency lighting inverters; lightning protection and grounding systems; metallic and fiber optic communication cable and connectors; instrument stands; mounting of instruments and panels; install electrical gear and complete connections to equipment.
